Tablet for Seniors program educates older adults on how to use a tablet/ internet. For 3 sessions seniors learn how to navigating the internet, how to use zoom, email, play games and internet security. While learning digital skills seniors stay socially connected and increase wellness.

Shame has never saved anyone! Recovery from a substance use disorder is ALWAYS possible - but the stigma surrounding the disease is a major barrier to those who are struggling. The words we use matter. End the stigma and spread hope! There will also be a $25 raffle for Bergen and Passaic county residents.

The WISE Program is a health and wellness program targeting older adults. WISE promotes health through education concerning high-risk behaviors in older adults. The WISE Program is designed to help older adults celebrate healthy aging, make healthy lifestyle choices and avoid substance abuse. The curriculum is designed to take place once per week over a six-week period. Each lesson is about 1 ½ to 2 hours, Light Lunch Served. Older Adults receive a $25 Visa Gift Card upon graduation for those who attend 4 of the 6 sessions.

The Strengthening Families Program for parents and youth is delivered over seven or fourteen weeks in parent, youth, and family sessions that are highly interactive and include role-playing, discussions, learning games, and family projects. This family skills program is designed to delay the onset of alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use, increase resistance to peer pressure, and improve parent management skills. Families are provided with dinner, free babysitting, transportation (if needed), and a $100 Visa Gift Card upon graduation.

Wellness comprises of eight mutually co-dependence dimensions: emotional, physical, occupational, social, spiritual, intellectual, environmental, and financial. If any one of these dimensions is neglected over time, it will adversely affect one's health, well-being, and quality of life
