The Bogota Advisory Committee on Substance Abuse  is located within the City of Bogota  focusing on nicotine and marijuana use.  With a new identity, the GACSA now seeks to actively engage adults as well as well as additional youth and to expand the mission to include tobacco, marijuana, and alcohol.
