What is chair yoga?
Chair yoga is just like traditional yoga but uses a chair as a prop during poses. This is for populations that might find traditional yoga challenging and even intimating. If someone isn’t feeling up for the task, the traditional benefits of yoga such as mobility, flexibility, and relaxation might feel out of reach. With the help from a chair, the practice of yoga can feel safe and accessible when it might not normally.
Your home is filled with your memories. Your things. You want to remain in it, but your life circumstances have changed, and moving freely and safely in your home has become more of a challenge. You have an alternative to entering a facility.
