Life transitions make us have to adjustment to living a "new" daily life: no longer driving, changes in celebrating holidays and milestones, job loss/retirement, etc. . The stress of these adjustments and increased social isolation can cause feelings of depression and anxiety and increase substance misuse. This presentation will share how the 8 dimensions of wellness can help to build resiliency and cope with these transitions.
